Do you offer discounted pricing?

Coming from South Africa, I understand how economic inequality and currency differences can limit access to care. In line with our values of accessibility and equity, I offer an adjusted rate of R1400 per session for clients living in South Africa or in economically disadvantaged regions.

If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, you’re welcome to reach out — I’m always happy to talk it through and find an option that works.

How do online sessions work?

I offer sessions online using secure, encrypted video platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet — whichever is most convenient for you.

You’ll receive a private link before each session that you can use to login.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes — your privacy and trust are extremely important. Everything we talk about in our sessions stays between us, in line with professional and ethical standards. The only exceptions are rare situations involving serious risk of harm, where I may be legally required to act to ensure safety. If you ever have questions about this, I’ll be happy to explain further.

I’ve never done therapy before—how do I know if it’s right for me?

That’s completely okay. Many clients begin unsure of what they need or what to expect. Our first conversation is a space to explore what’s going on, without pressure. Whether you’re overwhelmed, in transition, or just feeling stuck, you’re welcome to reach out and see if it feels right.

Can I use insurance or get a receipt for reimbursement?

I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide an invoice or proof of payment if you’d like to submit a claim yourself. Insurance policies and reimbursement processes vary widely between countries and providers, so it’s best to check with your insurer directly to see if out-of-network or international therapy is covered. If you need any specific documentation, I’m happy to help.

What time zones do you work in?

My primary timezone is GMT+2, however, I work with clients across the globe and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones. Whether you’re based in South Africa, the UAE, Europe, or beyond — we’ll find a time that works for both of us.
